Calling All Artists, Crafters, Bakers, and Volunteers


Earl Beatty Public School & Beatty Buddies Daycare presents Holiday in the 'Hood

A fun(d)-raising celebration! 
Fri. Nov. 23 at 3:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Sat. Nov. 24 at 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

WANTED: Artists, Crafters, Bakers, and Volunteers

  • Craft Fair table rental fee $40 1 day/$60 2 days (half tables also available)
  • Bakers to donate nut free goods to raise funds for our school
  • Volunteers to help with setup, take down, Santa Photos and general assistance on event day

   5:30 - 6:30    Used book sale to raise funds for Me to We
   6:00 - 6:30    Gallery Walk on the main floor
   6:30               Concert in the gym featuring students singing and dancing and performances by
                          Folkfest, the Earl Beatty choir, Strings, and Band

MARK YOUR CALENDAR: Enchantment Under the Stairs: Saturday, 21 April at 7:00 p.m.

Attention Earl Beatty parents! We want everyone to get excited about Enchantment Under the Stairs, our first parent community evening auction event. It's on Saturday, April 21st—book your sitters now!


The evening co-chairs, Lori and Erica, have been requesting donations all over town and have some exciting items to bid on:
* Two tickets to Toronto FC vs Thierry Henry and the New York Red Bulls on June 30
* Gift certificates to a bunch of different summer camps
* Local restaurant gift certificates
* Passes to Rainbow Cinemas
* And so much more!


There will be wine, beer, food, and lots of fun. The evening begins at 7 p.m.


 If you have friends or family members with connections to any restaurants, workshops, theatres, or sporting events, please put the word out to donate. If you are a season's ticket holder, please consider donating tickets. If your friend manages a restaurant, please ask them for a gift certificate. Remember, all proceeds go to Earl Beatty, and we're hoping to raise as much money as we can. Thanks for your support---and see you on the 21st!

Parent Engagement and Community Partnerships information sessions

The Parent and Community Involvement Office staff will be delivering a series of Parent Engagement and Community Partnerships information sessions during the month of April.

These sessions will enable parents to get information on:
• Getting Involved in their Child’s Education;
• School Council (Regulation 612/613);
• Volunteering in Schools;
• School Council Budgets/Funding/ Insurance; and
• Parent Protocol for Dealing with Parent Concerns

The sessions are scheduled on:
