Note to Earl Beatty parents re: Fun Fair Committee

Dear Parents,

This note is to advise Earl Beatty parents that the Fun Fair Committee is stepping down after 5 years.

We've had a great time organizing and running the Fair, and have had wonderful volunteers helping us, but with much thought we've decided to step aside and let a new enthusiastic group, with great ideas, take over and make it their own event.

To help the new committee we have put together a binder which includes all processes and contact information we've used over the past 5 years, e.g. donors, sponsors, volunteers, and much more.

We are also more than happy to help with any questions the new committee may have.

If you're interested in being part of the new Fun Fair Committee please contact: Tina Lehtola, tinaslehtolaAThotmailDOTcom

Thank you,
Fun Fair Committee 2008/09

Thank you again to all volunteers, sponsors & donors

We just wanted to thank everyone again that volunteered their time at the Fun Fair & Ball Hockey Tournament on Sat May 30th. It was a great day, everyone had a good time, the weather co-operated, and approximately $12,000 was raised for the school and community centre. Many thanks as well to all our sponsors and donors who kindly donated to our event.

We couldn't have done it without you!
